RECRUITMENT AS PRIMARY RELATIONS OF LABOUR MARKET

In article it is shown that the exchange (the purchase and sale act) as system function of any market owing to specificity of the goods represented on a labour market is transformed to function of maintenance of economic movement of abilities to work and becomes the specific economic form of hiring which act as the initial relation of a labour market. It is revealed how abilities to work construct structure of relations of hiring – transaction object, transaction subject, transaction conditions; move apart borders of these relations for limits of the circulation sphere, set specificity of their properties and qualities.
